The Poole to Guernsey ferry has excellent facilities and service.
the Club service on the Guernsey to Portsmouth is not worth the money.

No Hassell trip. Friendly staff, when you could find one. Clean and tidy boat, they even had an area to amuse young children for the loooong journey over.
