All of the services were very late and the stopovers were very long. The services all went via jersey, so our normal 3 hour journeys took more than 8 hours each.

Delayed significantly going out on holiday, which reduced holiday by a full day. No notice was given.

On the way out out ferry was delayed by many hours; our family were getting on the return ferry but had to hear from us to find this out.

Ferry cancelled and new ferry put in place sailing from a different port and taking 8 hours longer...
Then ferry on way back also delayed and 4 hours late.
NO compensation offered.

Not sure about departure times setting as I have departed late than advised which then affects my journey after the ferry journey

The ferries over the summer were running very late. we returned to the UK 3.5 hours late and on both trips were delayed boarding and disembarking
