Very easy from start to finish, a really enjoyable experience. All staff were polite and friendly and the process of checking in etc was smooth and easy We will definitely be using the ferry again.
Trip was smooth and uneventful. It was 1.5 hours late which was not unusual. The advice to warn us of this should have come earlier as some people were stuck having already got through Customs.
