We left Guernsey punctually and all the staff organising boarding were professional and helpful. Ferry was clean and comfortable with good duty free choice in the shop.

We paid extra to stay in the horizon lounge on our outward bound trip to jersey from Poole but actually didn’t think it was worth the the extra money. Staff were friendly and helpful.
