I have contacted our warehouse team to discover why your parcel was split in to 2, with your particular order we were waiting on additional boxes to arrive hence why one was sent before the other. I can understand your confusion with there being no note left in the box to explain your missing products. We can only apologise for the inconvenience caused and this will be passed on to our picking team.
