We booked this cottage as it was advertised as being wheelchair accessible. Sadly it was not and so what should have been a relaxing first family holiday after becoming wheelchair bound was not.

Response on behalf of the owner. Thank you for your comments. We were sorry to hear about the fact you did not have a relaxing holiday. We have many items for our disabled clients, unfortunately we were not advised by yourself to say they would have been needed. They would have certainly been available in the property for your arrival. We did meet you whilst you were at the property and asked if everything was OK. Nothing was mentioned to us. Any concerns our guests may have we would gladly have helped to rectify.
