Response on behalf of the owner; The property is always cleaned to a high very standard and the property was cleaner than when this guest left. The shower was replaced 1 month ago. The comfort of beds is a personal thing. When a guest comes to the property we just go through guidelines about the speed on the drive, the TV not being on standby due to the fire risk and information about dogs being kept on a lead. We provided a welcome tray with a home-baked cake and biscuits for the dogs which shows how much we welcome all of our guests. It was suggested that the guests may want to shower in the property as opposed to the changing rooms in order to maximise their hour in the swimming pool. We only ask the guests to mop the floor as a courtesy to the next guests in the pool. My staff were very concerned about the way this guest was ranting and they stayed until the guest had departed as they were concerned for their safety.
