Response on behalf of the owner;Thank you for taking the time to comment. You were made aware of the hot tub cover on your arrival, and we did apologise for the condition. Unfortunately, some previous guests had omitted to strap down the cover after use and it was subsequently found the following day in a hedge, having been subjected to the winds overnight. The cover, although not in pristine condition was still fully functional. A new one was put on order immediately.
Apart from the cover, the hot tub was fully functional and was checked during your stay on several occasions and the temperature was 37 degrees. The spiral staircase is a fantastic feature in the cottage and is pictured and described in the cottage details.
