Response on behalf of the owner: In winter or in anticipation of cold weather the owner will attend the property to switch the heating on in advance of any arrivals. However, in this instance as it was September it wasn't envisaged that arrival temperature would be a problem. Heating and hot water instructions are available in the property and auto functioning is programmed. The heating system is electric as there is no mains gas in the area.
