Response on behalf of the Owner; Thank you for your comments. The heating system was newly installed and has a wireless remote control. I believe you did manage to locate the remote behind the kettle. We do programme the heating for your comfort and I am sorry that you experienced difficulties. I was on a cruise in Australia and could not reply as it was during the night when you called. I needed to wait for the morning (UK time) in order to contact my agent to look into the matter which he then did.
