Response on behalf of the Owner; Thank you for your feedback. The old TV was replaced with a brand new flat screen TV but this did not have an integrated DVD player. Should you have contacted us during your stay, we would have provided a DVD player immediately and with pleasure. There are now two televisions and one DVD player within the property. In reference to your comments in regards to the additional charges, these are clearly stated during the booking process on the website. We are sorry that you were unhappy to pay the tourist tax however this charge is implemented by the Local Authority and must be paid by each guest staying at the property. We are disappointed that you did not fully enjoy your stay with us but are committed to continual improvement, to welcome and make customers’ stay as enjoyable as possible.
