Response on behalf of the owner; We are disappointed that you felt the swimming pool was not warm enough to your liking, we keep it at 84 degrees, however we do ask for guests to put the cover on in order to retain heat overnight, and as this wasn’t carried out, this may have led to the less warm temperature of the pool. We live nearby and therefore fortunately were able to deal with the boiler breakdown the next day, unfortunately even though it is a modern boiler, these situations do arise, and we did everything in our power to ensure you were made comfortable during your stay. We pride ourselves on ensuring a great holiday experience for our guests, and have always had excellent feedback from all of our guests previously, especially given the super location and facilities. We would like to reassure any future guests that the boiler is regularly serviced and that the pool is kept warm

Response on behalf of the owner: We as owners are disappointed that you did not contact us to express dissatisfaction at the standard of cleanliness on arrival at the property. We would of immediately of addressed this to rectify any problems as is stated in the house book and also on a separate laminated sign. We have now made enquiries of the caretaker and the flagged floors in the property had been cleaned by mopping prior to your arrival in the allocated turn over time.
