I completely understand your comments regarding the downstairs bedroom being some distance away from the downstairs shower room/w/c - it’s such a large property. We are fully booked until later in the year however we have planned the addition of an ensuite bathroom to the downstairs bedroom as soon as we have a gap in bookings. As the property is within the North York Moors National Park, there are restrictions on window alterations on two of the upstairs bedrooms in the older part of the house. We are in negotiations with the Planning Department so hopefully we can replace these soon. The landing windows opposite these two bedrooms can be opened so hopefully this wasn’t too much of an issue. I’m sorry you had an issue with the hot water. I wish you had let me know because this is easily rectified by adjusting the thermostat. We would love to welcome you back in the future.
