Response on behalf of the owner; We are very disappointed this guest didn't find our cottage up to her expectations. We relay before booking, that potential costumers check the cottage information that includes plenty of photos both internal and external and the general description including views from the house. After their arrival, I personally phoned the guest to check on things and she didn't express any discontent. As usual I let her know I was happy to help if needed. As described on the website, the garden table and chairs were available at the courtyard. Finally, we are disappointed with the low score given especially when compared with our other ratings many of them 10 out of 10. Constructive and positive comments are always welcome to help us to improve as our aim is to offer the best service to our guests.
