We are sorry you feel the service you received from us was poor and that the fee was expensive. We did agree the fee with you at the outset and the fee was reflective of the complex work involved in securing you a mortgage offer, something other Brokers would struggle to achieve for you. As a specialist company we work to obtain mortgage offers where others can't and are always open and honest about the fees we charge.
