Had to pay for a new printer as the one sent for service failed - did not feed? When tried by our employee after return it worked perfectly so we are don £174!!!

Sorry to hear that, the technicians report did say that the printer mechanism was faulty, but if you don't require the replacement please feel free to contact us & we will arrange to collect & refund it for you
calibration is supposed to be from existing anniversary, not when i send the analyzer in.

Hello Devinder, The maximum period of time we can calibrate the unit for 12 months, we cannot extend the calibration period if a unit is sent in early I'm afraid. If you wish to discuss further please feel free to contact me. Regards, Steve.
Would have liked the item returning to me quicker as used for work most days.
Although when courier tried to deliver to wrong property Crowcon were quick to help liasing with them.
My analyser was sent back very quickly the only problem I had was with DHL they left my parcel in the drop off shop for about 6 days before collecting it
