The purchase process is fine. The sizing is very big, and doesn't look anything like the pictures. They must pin the shirts back on the models. I had to return the shirts and forfeit $10 to do so. So

Thank you for leaving your feedback with us and I'm sorry to hear that your shirt did not fit perfectly this time. Please note that not all retailers measure the same and some of our customers do not take fresh measurements and follow our unique sizing instructions before ordering. We do not pin the shirts back on our models. They are worn "as is". Using an old piece of clothing from another brand to establish your sizing often results in errors so measuring fresh is so very important to finding the right size from the get-go. I'd encourage you to check your measurements again via our "how to measure for a CT shirt" video and then consult the CT sizing guides on the website for your best fit before processing your next order with us (as I can see that this order has already been returned in full).
