Shirt sizes seem to have changed as I bought the same sizes this time as the previous, and the new shirts are too tight

Thank you for taking time to give us some very valuable feedback. Taking a closer look at this order compared to previous orders, it looks like you usually order a 16.5 inch collar (42cm) with a 34 inch sleeve (86cm). On this order, however, you have ordered the correct fit but collar size 15.5 inches (39cm) with a sleeve size of 33 inches (84cm). Upon checking our current stock, it appears that your usual size has sold out in the particular shirts but I would strongly advise that you have a look for some that you can exchange these for and we are on hand seven days a week to assist you
