Purchases still haven’t arrived, despite paying for them around a month ago. All I received was a WhatsApp about 2 weeks ago saying it had been delayed.

Australia Post deliver 98% of our parcels successfully on time, so I am very sorry you have been one of the few unlucky ones. We do make sure that every single instance of poor delivery is reported back to our courier. This will hopefully help them to ensure that deliveries in your locality will improve going forward. We've also refunded your delivery cost this time as an apology for the poor service received. I can see that the order is still moving and was recenntly updated on teh 16th of October. If you've not received your items by the 22nd of October, please do let us know and we can look into some replacement items for you right away.

The fit is great and it arrived in around a week. The colour was true to my computer screen and the feel of the polo when on is really nice. I particularly like the invisible button down collar.
