It certainly is disappointing when an item that you've so been looking forward to trying on just doesn't fit. Please note that not all retailers measure the same and some of our customers do not take fresh measurements and follow our unique sizing instructions before ordering. This is so very important to finding the right size from the get-go. I'd encourage you to check your measurements again via our "how to measure for a CT shirt" video and then consult the CT sizing guides on the website for your best fit before processing your next order. Regarding the trousers, although we don't have a video for this, our sizing guide does include their measurements. Nevertheless it's great to hear that you're happy with the end result and we hope to hear from you again soon.
