I'm very sorry to hear this! It looks as though we have actually received word from the carrier in the last day or two that your order was 'unclaimed' - it had been waiting for collection at the local Post Office to you since 24th August, as per the tracking from Australia Post. I'm sorry if they did not leave a card to notify you of this, which is obviously frustrating for both you and us! We'll drop you an email shortly to confirm your address and once we have, we'll get it re-delivered, absorbing those costs ourselves, naturally.
