I was sent a shirt I didnt order , and very angry. The White Shirt for black tie events on the website shows black butttons covers and clean cuffs . The subsitute shirt supplied has white normal shirt

I’m very sorry to read that the shirt you received isn’t what you were expecting but thank you for the feedback! All of our evening shirts have standard white buttons but the plackets are specially designed so that the shirt can be fastened with studs instead, which sit in front of and hide the buttons. We sell a stud set separately, which are black onyx on one side and white mother of pearl on the other, and we include a note on the product page for the shirts to explain that they are being pictured to show how they would look when worn with a set of our studs, but that these are sold separately. I do apologise if this and the texturing on the cuff of the shirt were missed but thank you for the feedback and we’d welcome you to return your shirt to be exchanged or for a full refund.
