When you placed your order you asked for all items to be sent out when available, hence the delay in your order leaving us. We do also offer an Express delivery method to Australia which you may be interested in for future purchases. Your shirt should certainly not have been received in this condition and I am truly sorry for the inconvenience. We will be in touch to sort this out for you.

I was disappointed that my order was cancelled an no return messages to explain why. Where the delivery address was different to the payment address it cretaed a loop your system could not deal with.

I am sorry for the issues with your order being placed. We do security checks with your card issuer for your security and sadly, as the address you provided initially was incorrect, we were not able to proceed. Once you got in touch (as the email address we had for you was wrong), we advised you of this and I can see you have placed a replacement order which I am confident you will be delighted with.
