Items being returned from Australia will reach us within 15 working days at the latest. I am sorry to say that we have not yet received your parcel which is the reason for the lack of correspondence. Return tracking information will only track your parcel until it leaves the country and will not track it's progress when it arrives in the UK. Your parcel is showing as being delivered but this has only been delivered to the depot, ready for export overseas. We will be sure to keep very close tabs on your return and we will be in touch to offer our assurances.
