The shirt never arrived for Christmas even though it was promised no later than the 21st Dec.

I’m sorry to hear that your order didn’t arrive in time for Christmas! The order was placed after the date we advised to order before to guarantee delivery to Australia in time for Christmas but your items were despatched in a timely manner and considering the normal transit times should have arrived with you by the 21st December. I do apologise that this wasn’t he case though – thank you for bringing the matter to our attention.
