The goods arrived damaged and the shirt didn't fit. The return postage cost with Australia Post is $37.00, which is over 60% the original cost of the shirt. I will never purchase anything again !

I truly apologise for any disappointment caused by this experience. We do try to make sure that our sizes are represented as clearly as possible in our sizing guides and so it is terrible shame to hear that your shirt is not fitting as expected. I am sorry to say that free postage is not offered on standard returns otherwise we would have to bear this cost elsewhere in the business. We always ask that the most economical method of shipping is used and we will of course never charge you shipping on an exchange order. Your feedback has certainly been taken on board for future seasons and please contact our customer service department if we can be of further assistance with this.

I suggest you should concentrate on packing the goods so they are not damaged in transit. Return postage should be at your cost not mine as the goods delivered were not fit for purpose.

Please accept my most sincere apologies. We really do make every effort to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. It is certainly very rare to hear of quality issues such as this and I am truly sorry that I had missed this aspect of your initial complaint. As your shirt arrived with a fault, we will be in touch to arrange for your goods to be returned at our own cost as we would hate for you to be left disappointed.
