The sizes of every item from our range is displayed clearly in our sizing guides before you make a purchase. I apologise for any disappointment caused by your shirts not fitting as expected. We understand that sometimes getting a perfect fit can be a tricky business which is the reason we are very flexible with our returns policy. We offer a comprehensive six months guarantee on all non sale items and so we would be delighted to exchange your shirts for better fitting replacement.

Your order was despatched on the 6th November and delivered on the 19th November which is just within the 10 working day delivery timeframe we advise. I am sorry if this was not as fast as you would have liked. All items should have arrived in pristine condition and I truly apologise that this was not the case.
