I ordered this shirt in a French cuff and received a button cuff. It will take time I do not have to correct your error.

Whilst I am certainly sorry to be the bearer of bad news here, this shirt was not ordered in French cuff - indeed, it is not even sold in French cuff, only button. We have, therefore, sent what was ordered. Of course, you are welcome to return the shirt to us if it isn't what you are after and we'll ensure you receive a full refund.

Thank you for your prompt response. I only wear French cuff dress shirts. As such, whenever I purchase a shirt on line I set the filter to French cuff. This shirt was part of the cohort of shirts that came up as a French cuff dress shirt. I ordered from that cohort. If you look you will see the only other shirts I ordered that day were all French cuff, indeed my ordering history for dress shirts should reveal I only order French cuff dress shirts.
