Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback, although I am sorry to learn that you would send your pants back if you could. I would have called you to discuss this in more detail but frustratingly do not have a phone number on your account (please do not provide this here as it is a public forum). We do not allow returns on garments that have undergone alterations such as shortened leg lengths, which is detailed in our terms and conditions and when the alteration is selected. Please could you respond to this review to advise specifically why you felt the need to make a return?
