I expected this shirt to have soft, wrinkle free fabric. Much to my dismay, it needs to be ironed or worn in a wrinkled fashion. The fit is good. Overall, disappointed.

Sorry to hear this! The shirt should indeed be non-iron. We'd recommend giving it a quick spin in the dryer on a low spin/low temperature. This can help hugely in bringing to life the non-iron finish and keep wrinkles/creases to a minimum. One thing to remember with the non-iron shirts is that actually wearing them helps to reduce the creases through the transfer of body heat - so don't worry too much if there are a few creases when first putting the shirt on.

We only ever look to provide the best quality, fit and finish on all our shirts. Different weaves (Twill, Poplin, Oxford etc.) will feel different when worn, so this can have an impact - all use the same quality cotton, however. By all means, please feel free to make a return and choose a more preferred weave - such as the ever popular Twill - if you wish.
