All our cotton shirts are, in fact, 'real' cotton. We don't use any synthetic materials within our shirts. The only other material used is linen, any only in a few specific shirts and this is clearly stated in the product name if so. Of course, if you aren't 100% happy with your purchase then you are welcome to return it.
