I am saddened to hear that the service you received when you visited our shop was subpar as we are in the business of making it easy for men to dress well; we will take this on board to better improve service going forward for all our guests. We pride ourselves on offering the best customer service to all our guests and I’m sorry that did not happen for you. Please know that I have spoken with the associates to ensure that each member of the team knows we need to engage and assist all clients while they shop. Unfortunately, we do not have an in-house tailor and alterations do need to be done with a trusted 3rd party. It can take a try or two to get your perfect fit, so please don't be discouraged! All our cotton shirts are, in fact, 'real' cotton. We don't use any synthetic materials within our shirts. The only other material used is linen, any only in a few specific shirts and this is clearly stated in the product name if so. Of course, if you aren't 100% happy with your purchase then you are welcome to return it.

The original package was sent quickly. My post office were morons and sent the package back for no reason. A quick call to you and it was promptly replaced. Excellent service. Shirt is fun.
