Thank you for taking time to supply your very valuable feedback. With the fit of our shirts, Slim Fit is more of a 'Regular' fit. You may find our Extra Slim Fit more suited for you. You are welcome to return and exchange as part of our no-quibble 6 month return. With regards to the offer, it appears that you had an offer in place giving the shirts at $39.95. I accessed the shirts through a link that had the 3 for $99 offer, so I'm not sure where the disconnect would be. Regarding the exchange, adding another $8 per shirt would then make what I expected to be $33 shirts into $50 shirts, given the original hidden price hike and return fee. If the slim fit is a regular fit, you should have them as the regular fit, that logic doesn't really make sense. If I exchange for the extra slim fit and it fits the way I had hoped I would absolutely change my rating, but I'm not going to pay more money for shipping when I can't trust the fit.

I have arranged for the difference to be refunded to you and this will clear your account within 3-5 business days. Regarding the exchange, please be assured this is a free service, we cover the shipping both ways. The returns handling fee you see, applies only if returning for a refund. We completely understand that buying clothing remotely can be a little tricky which is why we are available seven days a week to aid you in any way we can.
