On the webpage it says that the delivery was ready on Sept 15, yet 2 weeks later it has not yet arrived and on UPS it says that it was not yet shipped.

We're so sorry to hear your order never arrived. Delivering on time is something we obsess over. For every 1,000 orders we deliver, less than 15 have an issue, so this is not only very annoying for you, but also very unlucky. Due to the time that has already passed, I will arrange for a replacement order to be sent from our warehouse today. This will be sent on a Premium Tracked Service. While it is a let down to have to wait longer, I am confident that you will enjoy your order when it arrives
