1. I had to call back to get the shirt special because your system refused to accept my discount code. 2. 2XL fits like a medium across the shoulders. 2. Belt did not feel like real leather.

Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry that you have not had the journey that we would want every customer to experience. Although I am happy that one of our colleagues was able to amend the pricing to reflect your offer, to find that it had not worked is never ideal. To learn that the fit of the polo shirts was not perfect for you is more than disappointing but we have our no-quibble 6 month return so if you would like to try a larger size, an exchange is always worth considering. Remember our customer services team are available seven days a week on chat or a toll free call. We can help assist you with sizes and fits where needed. Rest assured that belt is indeed made from 100% Italian Leather, but again this is available to be returned and exchanged if you would like
