The linen shirt is cheap quality and rough like sandpaper. Awful.

I'm sorry to see this! Linen is a little coarser than cotton, so it may take a few washes to have the shirt feeling lovely and soft. Our linen shirts have been hugely popular this summer and have received rave reviews, so it's clear that the majority of customers absolutely love them! Of course, if you aren't 100% happy with your purchase then please make a return under our guarantee - we wouldn't want you to have an item you won't enjoy wearing.
