From what you have provided as feedback on the experience, it is clear that the colleague to whom you spoke did not provide anything close to the correct information. I have raised this with our Training Team to review the call and provide one-on-one feedback accordingly.
A couple of immediate 'red flags' here - we don't offer 'overnight shipping' to the US. The fastest is Express, at 4 business days. The second is that if a new suit was being ordered ahead of a return being made on the original it would require full payment there and then. This wasn't taken, so I'm unsure how the colleague could have advised the new order was placed!
Please do proceed with a return on this suit if it doesn't quite fit you perfectly, and we'll ensure that either a replacement is issued in a larger size or a refund processed.
