So sorry to see you have had some trouble making a return here - please know that we're here to help and are just a click away through the website where live chat is available 18 hours a day. We'll gladly help you make a return if you are having trouble. You would not be charged any extra for the replacement shirts, as they would be covered by the same promotional offer as you had on the order originally. If you would like to have a look online for the items you would like in exchange and then provide the product codes to us here (you can simply copy and paste them from your shopping bag) we'll even complete the return for you and email you the printable return label to make this even easier.

This is certainly worrying as the tracking from USPS shows the order was delivered two weeks ago on the 12th September! https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction.action?tRef=fullpage&tLc=1&text28777=&tLabels=LE443077820GB Please do double check this and if you are certain the order has not arrived, please let us know so we can arrange a replacement.
