It's certainly disappointing to learn that these lovely new shirts were not quite as expected, which is a real shame. I must point out that not all the shirts we offer are non-iron. Those which are will have 'non-iron' in the product name/description. Two of the three shirts you purchased (SF Petrol Blue Cotton Linen Check Short Sleeve Shirt and SF Ocean Blue Button-Down Collar Washed Oxford Stripe Short Sleeve Shirt) and not non-iron. The final shirt (SF French Blue Button-Down Collar Non-Iron Stretch Mini Gingham Short Sleeve Shirt), is. There was no jacket ordered here - just three shirts. If you are not happy with any of the shirts mentioned above then by all means, you are welcome to return them to us under our guarantee for a refund or exchange. If you need any help making a return, be sure to contact us through live chat at any time.
