The shirts were on sale for a good deal less online. I would have saved $100 by shopping online vs. going in person. Next time, I will skip the boutique.

We offer a wide range of offers, which are available both in the store and online. All is required is to take evidence of the offer seen online with you when visiting the store, and the colleague at the till will gladly apply this for you if still active/valid. I see we are presently arranging a credit for you here, which will provide a voucher for the difference in price between that which was paid and the promotional offer - you will receive this soon via email and be able to use it against your next order!

They provided a voucher equal to the discount I would have received if I shopped online, allowing me to purchase three more shirts. Overall I would prefer if the offers were a bit more straightforward but they did the right thing.

We're so sorry to hear your order never arrived. Delivering on time is something we obsess over. For every 1,000 orders we deliver, less than 15 have an issue, so this is not only very annoying for you, but also very unlucky.
