I am sorry to hear about your recent experience with us and the confusion it may have caused. The majority of the shirts on our shopfloor are Non-Iron, we do offer a full selection of Iron shirts online which we can order. Great experience. Shirts were delivered promptly and I'm really happy with the quality for the price. The list price was wildly overstated, but they are good shirts for the $40 price range. Well done!

Oh dear! This isn't how we expect our orders to arrive, certainly. We appreciate you sharing this with us and we'll be sure to take the matter up with the shipper, UPS. I'm glad to hear that it doesn't appear as though any of the items themselves are worse for wear, but if you do spot any damage then please let us know and we'll get replacements arranged ASAP.
