The manager of Tyson was great and very helpful. Custom Shirts were placed in a proper hangers with garment bag. Much better than prior staffs.

I'm certainly sorry to see your disappointment with your new shirt here, which is ever such a shame. The shirt you purchased is a Custom shirt - designed by yourself and made specifically for you to those measurements/requirements. As such, it is not eligible for a return under our usual Return Policy, which is a 6-month guarantee. Our apologies for this, certainly, and we are more than happy to try and establish what may be the best fit/sizing for you if you would like to chat with us online at any time. Popping into one of our stores is also recommended, as the colleagues there can physically assist in measuring you and providing some options.
