We're very sorry to hear this, which isn't at all what we expect from our shipping partners over the in the US. I see UPS was used for this delivery and we'll certainly share feedback with them on the matter. Should this ever happen again (and I hope it does not) and you find any items missing or damaged, please let us know immediately and we'll arrange replacements ASAP as well as refund any shipping costs.
