It's certainly worrying to learn that your order was apparently not received - as the tracking from USPS shows it was delivered over three weeks ago on 26th August. https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction.action?tRef=fullpage&tLc=1&text28777=&tLabels=LE442541569GB Please kindly double-check to ensure it was not received. If not, we will issue you with a refund as the item is no longer available and so cannot be replaced I'm afraid.
