I am sorry for the frustration caused here, your order was refunded to an E-Voucher on the basis of the items being tailored, so therefore being non refundable, hence receiving a voucher for a future purchase. I'm very sorry indeed to hear that you've received the incorrect item. I can only assume that this was simply human error in our warehouse but I appreciate this doesn't make it any less frustrating. Order accuracy is very important to us and so your comments have been passed on as feedback to the Warehouse Administrator. Thank you for helping us improve the quality of our service. Regarding your replacement pair however I can see that your billing address is in the UK whilst your most recent delivery address was the US. To avoid further errors would you be so kind as to confirm if you'd like the order sent to your billing address or your most recent shipping address. We can then get the replacement out to you as soon as possible and we would ask that you return the incorrect pair to a store at your earliest convenience.

We're so sorry to hear your order never arrived. Delivering on time is something we obsess over. For every 1,000 orders we deliver, less than 15 have an issue, so this is not only very annoying for you, but also very unlucky. As your order has been marked as delivered on the 7th, I presumed you had not received the package. Given this, I have issued a replacement, however, one was out of stock, as advised above, hence only being able to replace 2 of the shirts. I apologise for the confusion and disappointment.
