Firstly, you might encounter this problem if you attempt to use two offers together or if an offer is used alongside a cashback program. In addition to this, your browser's session cookies may expire if you have been inactive on the checkout page for a period of more than 30 minutes. According to your order, you ordered using our 3 shirt for $99 promotion.

Apologies for the confusion, my colleague's notes suggest there was already an offer in your cart that was changing the 3 for $99 pricing to a higher price, stating that she had to remove the existing promotion so that the 3 for $99 could be applied.
