It is a nice shirt but it is not was was presented on the web site. I wanted a chambray shirt and thought that was what I ordered. The shirt I received was definitely NOT a chambray shirt.

It’s certainly very disappointing to know that we have let you down this time. We're sorry to advise the shirt has now sold out, so we can issue a replacement of our choosing or a refund if you could let us know what is preferred. We do appreciate your patience and apologies our service was not up to its usual high standards this time.

I like the shirt I did receive and appreciate your response. I guess I would choose a replacement shirt of your choice and continue to look for a chambray shirt elsewhere (LL Bean). Happy to alter the rating when the new shirt arrives. Mike Gerhardt (large)
