Getting the perfect fitting shirt is our rule number one. Once you’ve found it, every shirt should fit just the same. We are therefore very surprised that you have noticed inconsistences across your recent order. We put a huge amount of time and effort into making sure that sizes are consistent because we know how frustrating this can be. We are sorry that you have experienced an issue this time, which is unusual. I have emailed you to request photographs demonstrating the measurements to determine that the shirt is incorrectly sized. Once received we can work towards resolving this disappointment.
