We're so sorry to hear your order never arrived. Delivering on time is something we care deeply about. For every 1,000 orders we deliver, less than 15 have an issue, so this is not only very annoying for you, but also very unlucky. It is indeed very unusual for a delivery to take this much time. In addition to our three core fits; Classic (“fuller”), Slim (“regular”), and Extra Slim (“Tailored”), we offer a vast combination of collar and sleeve options, so it is a shame that you've not yet found the perfect combination. We keep the sizing of our items consistent so you can be confident when re-purchasing. Dimensions will only ever change after much debate and customer feedback and when we are sure that a small tweak will improve the overall fit.
