I'm sorry to hear that you've not received your items yet, despite the tracking information confirming a delivery. I'd called you at around 12:30 local time today to discuss this with you however I was unable to connect though I did leave a voicemail. Would you be so kind as to please check with any neighbors that they have taken the parcel for you in your stead? Once it's confirmed that the parcel is not hiding in a "safe location" around the property or with a neighbor we will be more than happy to look into some replacements for you.

Overall, the fit and quality of the shirts I have purchased has been exceptional. Love them. My only issue was very slow delivery, well beyond the stated date.
